Yvonne offers one to one’s and morning and evening drop in classes for Men and Women of all abilities. She is a Hatha yoga teacher, qualified with the British wheel of Yoga and the Independent Yoga Network and has been practising yoga and meditation for almost 30 years and teaching since 2005.
Mike is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher (Bangor University) with over 25 years experience; he offers meditation 1-1’s and meditation, relaxation and gentle movement, morning and weekend classes.
People of all abilities and levels of experience come to our classes.
We have a good split between men and women, and have students from the age of 18 to the mid 70’s
Yvonne and Mike believe that the physical postures of yoga are just a small part of what it has to offer – that’s why they offer a rounded practice of breath work, meditation and philosophy.
Yvonne gently encourages everyone to work to their own ability and so provides simpler or more advanced versions of the practices depending on each students experience and how they feel from week to week.
This approach to yoga gives space to feel the postures from moment to moment, allowing the capacity for observation and awareness to develop naturally.
