Yvonne is a Hatha yoga teacher, qualified with the British wheel of Yoga and the Independent Yoga Network and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years and teaching classes and workshops since 2005.
Mike is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher (Bangor University) with over 30 years experience; he offers meditation 1-1’s and meditation, relaxation and gentle movement classes.

We believe that the physical postures of yoga are just a small part of what it has to offer – that’s why we offer a rounded practice of breath work, meditation and philosophy.
We gently encourage everyone to work to their own ability depending on your experience and how you feel from week to week.
Our classes are kept small and friendly and all levels of experience are welcome.
