Hi yoga friends. Just to say classes are now running online via Zoom.
Zoom is very easy to use. You can download it here. Once it’s downloaded, just book below and you will be send an ID no. and password.
If you need help, or would prefer to pay via online banking do call or email me, I’m here to help.
Also, if you are a complete beginner, or have any injuries, contact me first for a free 1-1 session before joining the yoga classes.
Daytime Online Classes
Tuesday 10:15am - 11:30am Stretch & relax with gentle Yoga and Meditation.
Wednesday 10:15am - 11:30am Stretch & relax with gentle Yoga and Meditation.
Thursday 10:15am - 11:15am Breathwork, meditation and Relaxation.
Evening Online Classes
Monday 7.30pm - 8:30pm Stretch & relax with gentle Yoga and Meditation.
Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm Stretch & relax with gentle Yoga and Meditation.
Online Meditation/Relaxation Courses
The official 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course now runs online at your convenience. For groups or 1-1. So drop us a line if you're interested.
Note: All classes will continue over Easter & Bank Holidays as normal.

This monthly All Class Pass (Subscription) gives you access to all our classes. It auto-renews but you can cancel at anytime on our FAQ page.
“What If I Have An Existing Class Pass?”
We’ve kept payments as simple as possible. If you have an existing class pass, contact us and we’ll tell you how to use it for the new classes. Otherwise, if you prefer to save until normal classes resume, you can pay on a per class basis through Paypal or Credit Card, or taking the simplest and cheapest option of an ‘all class pass’ – a subscription which gives you access to every class that we’ll be running (and that you can cancel at any time.)
