Wednesday 10:15am - 11:30am (extra small class)
Stretch & relax with gentle Yoga and Mindfulness for all.
All abilities, including absolute beginners (all classes are kept small)
Drop in - £8 each session, on the door
Or £6.50 class pass, valid for 3 calendar months (£65)
Evening Classes - Drop in no need to book
Monday 6:30pm gentle yoga for absolute beginners, (extra small class)
Monday 7:45pm Yoga for every ability including beginners
Wednesday 6:30pm Yoga for every ability Wednesday 7:45pm NEW ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS begins shortly (contact Yvonne for more info' on this class start date)
All classes are kept small and have up to 12 maximum
£8 drop in, or £6.50 with class pass, valid for 3 calendar months (£65)

The official 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course and a shorter
4 week Introduction To Mindfulness run at certain times through the year.
The next 8 week course runs on Monday's from June 3rd 2019.
