Hi yoga friends. Here’s an update to say that classes will run as usual on the same days, but will take place online via zoom (or sometimes in Chakwell Park by the pond if sunny). So drop me a line if you’d like to join me and I’ll give you the details and help talk you through how the online classes will work. Rest assured we’ll keep it as simple as possible for you. Tomorrow I’ll be adding a new page on the site showing you how to use zoom. It’s very easy and also free.
Daytime Classes - Drop in no need to book
Tuesday 10:15am - 11:30am All abilities, including absolute beginners
Wednesday 10:15am - 11:30am Yoga for relaxation (extra small class - 6 maximum). Stretch & relax with gentle Yoga and Meditation.
Drop in - £8 each session, on the door
Or £7 class pass, valid for 3 calendar months (£70)
Evening Classes - Drop in no need to book
Monday 6:30pm gentle yoga for absolute beginners (extra small class)
Monday 7:45pm Yoga for every ability including beginners (extra small class)
Wednesday 6:30pm Yoga for every ability
All classes are kept small and have up to 12 maximum
£8 drop in, or £7 with class pass, valid for 3 calendar months (£70)
Weekend Workshops - Bookable only
Slow down Sunday 4:30pm - 6:30pm (Date TBC)
Gentle Yoga movement, relaxation and Meditation to soothe the body and calm the mind.
Meditation/Relaxation Courses - Bookable
The next official 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course will run online at your convenience. So drop us a line if you're interested.
